Internal auditor training for ISO implementation and audit readiness

Sustained conformance depends on an internal audit function that finds problems before an external auditor does. The client needed that capability in house.

We delivered internal auditor training built around the client own processes, procedures and previous findings, combining classroom work with supervised practice audits. Auditors were assessed on evidence gathering, finding classification and report writing.

The client built an internal audit capability able to run its own cycle and prepare the site for external audit.
