Integrated management system gap analysis across three standards

The client was operating against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and the NOSA Five Star system simultaneously, with overlapping requirements managed separately and no clear picture of where the combined system was weak.

We ran a gap analysis across all three frameworks in a single exercise, mapping shared requirements and identifying duplication as well as genuine gaps. Findings were consolidated into one corrective action plan with severity ratings, owners and target dates, rather than three competing plans.
