Routinely. We are not a certification body and we do not certify systems we build, which keeps the independence clean. We work alongside whichever certification body you appoint.

It depends on scope, site count and how much of the work your own team will carry. We scope properly before quoting rather than issuing a headline number we would later have to revise. A thirty minute discovery call is usually enough for us to give you a realistic range.

Yes, and it is usually better value above about six delegates. In house delivery also lets us build the material around your own procedures, equipment and incident history, which makes it considerably more useful.

An Environmental Impact Assessment looks at environmental effects. An Environmental and Social Impact Assessment adds the social dimension: livelihoods, community health, cultural heritage, land access and vulnerable groups. Ghanaian regulation and international lender standards both expect the social component on most substantial projects, so in practice we deliver ESIAs.

Smaller than most people expect. All three share the same high level structure, so your context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement architecture is already built. The additional work sits mainly in aspects and impacts, hazard identification, and the operational controls specific to each. An integrated system is almost always cheaper to run than three separate ones.

Yes, and the sooner the better. We can assess what is missing, put a compliant monitoring programme in place, and compile the Annual Environmental Report. Where there are genuine gaps we would rather disclose and remediate than paper over them, because that is what holds up under scrutiny.

Yes. Every certificate we issue carries a unique number that anyone can check on our certificate verification page. Employers and auditors can confirm authenticity without contacting us.

For knowledge based courses, yes. For anything requiring practical assessment, such as permit to work competency, we recommend in person or blended delivery.
